Raspberry Interiors is an Essex based company run by Tracey Hatch and her daughter Abby Keene with a reputation for having a friendly approach, great style and a realistic outlook on every project. Services
We made this clients dated conservatory feel like an elegant orangery by lowering the existing brickwork to allow for taller windows and doors. Our pinoleum roof blinds help cool the sun and the new under floor heating keep it warm in the winter enabling our clients to use this space all year round.
An interior designer makes indoor spaces functional, safe & beautiful by planning furniture, kitchen & bathroom layouts teamed with the selecting of essential and decorative items. An interior designer will be able to read & understand architects plans and have knowledge of the structural impact that re-configuration of internal walls or the repositioning of windows & doors might have.

We purchased a Victorian House that needed a complete refit. Found Raspberry Interiors on the web; became clear very soon that they understood our needs better than other designers on our shortlist. After a meeting at the property, we were given a design proposal which we accepted, and work began.

Raspberry Designs were recommended to us by a neighbour. We were in the process of having a large 2-storey extension built and had run out of steam with ideas for colours / lighting / furniture / soft furnishings etc.
Tracey put us at ease as soon as we met her and listened to what look we were aiming for. She helped us finalise our main bedroom / hall stairs and landing and design from scratch a large open plan lounge. (8m sq)
She took into account items of furniture we had already purchased, awaiting delivery and convinced us of the best layout to maximise the room to its best potential. Lighting

We engaged Raspberry Design to create and design a new study in our home. We were looking for something not only functional but something very pleasing to the eye as it’s the first room you see as you enter the house. Tracey really listened to how we use the room, from a seating area for visitors, a place for the dogs bed, and beautiful window dressings that can be seen whilst on video calls. Initially we were quite shocked by the paint colour choices but we trusted Tracey and what she has created is really stunning. It’s a timeless, classy design that’s both masculine and also warm and inviting

I've worked with Abby twice now, on very different briefs, and have found her an absolute pleasure to work with. Both times, it's been for an individual room where we were looking for ideas and to avoid trawling the shops ourselves. We're not big shoppers and so short cutting this process has huge appeal and Abby really does listen well to a brief in terms of price, appeal and practicality. Both times we've worked on a fixed fee basis, and gone back and forth a couple of times until we've got the solution right within that price. A big thank you to Tracey. She has provided me with some excitement in this lock down! I found Raspberry Interiors on Instagram and I loved the cosy and sophisticated vibes of their work. I needed some inspiration for my new living room and they delivered. We did everything remotely, emails, videos and pictures and she came up with a design i would NEVER have considered. It is now all coming together and looking beauuutiful! I am also someone who sends 10,0000 emails whilst thoughts pop into my head, and Tracey was always on hand. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended Raspberry Interiors to us as we were in the middle of having an extension and was overwhelmed with all the decisions the builder needed. Tracey came on board and made the whole process easier by putting together a practical layout for our new open plan living. She also helped us design the layout of the kitchen and recommended a kitchen company who made a fantastic job. She was able to help us source and supply the flooring, furniture, lighting and furnishings which bought everything together and created a wonderful space for us, something we would never have been able to achieve

I hired Raspberry Interiors right from the beginning of my house renovation. Over the course of several weeks, Tracey worked closely with me through a few iterations of designs to come up with an excellent set of plans that would work for my 3 bed semi detached house.
I paid a one-off fee to redesign and reconfigure my house and this was excellent value for money. Out of my overall expenditure, this was less than 3% so this was a wise decision, one which I am very happy about. This included putting me in touch with a good and reasonably priced architect and getting documentation ready for submission

Raspberry Interiors have refurbished our house room by room. Their trades are excellent and their designs create a feeling of continuity throughout yet each room has its own personality – something that sets this company apart from others is the thought that goes into including personal pieces of furniture or art and not being governed by trends that may date in a few years time. We still love the first room just as much as the last.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished project, which has totally
transformed the ground floor of the house. The kitchen is a dream, designed
so that every single cupboard and appliance is in exactly the right place.
The worktops and flooring which Tracey picked out complement the traditional units and will be hard wearing and easy to clean.
The rebuilt conservatory, although taking a lot longer than anticipated,
complements the kitchen and provides the living, eating area that we
required. It is now a classy part of the house rather than an add-on.
