Steve from Anti-Damp arrived on the Wednesday to discuss the concerns, he was very informative and provided great information on ways to tackle the issues.

Steve visited and diagnosed the problem clearly after running some air quality tests. He recommended some simple and cheap fixes and didn't push to carry out the work themselves. Very interesting visit and good explanations of the cause and remedy.

Really Disappointed. Had a few quotes and this company were friendly and mid range with estimate. Was quoted 7 days for the whole of the downstairs to be treated for damp. We still have issues today. Employees arrived and unfortunately did not add any more dust sheets and floor protection to what I had done. When they had left, our slate floor was ruined. The plasterers were very good and cleaned up well. An asset to the company. They tried their hardest to rectify the floor but I have had to have a professional company in to re grout it and fix scratches and re seal.
