From those early days the Company has rapidly expanded, thanks to strong ties forged at a very early stage within the Insurance and Loss Adjusting markets, which has ensured a continued and consistent flow of work. Shortly after, Prodrive Joinery & Shopfitting Limited was born, headed by a third Director; Gary Downes.
Here at Prodrive Property Maintenance we have a strong team that is determined and passionate about our work. All members of our management structure are strongly focussed on Client expectations and work closely to ensure minimal disruption at an often difficult time. Our onsite workforce can be relied upon to provide an excellent service and work closely with site managers in order to produce a first class result on every single job.
The distinctively liveried vans of Prodrive Property Maintenance Limited can be seen travelling around the North of England, from Hull to the Scottish Borders. From humble beginnings, when most of our work was based in the Tees Valley areas of Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington and Hartlepool, our central base and ease of access to all the main transport routes mean we can respond quickly and efficiently.
Prodrive Property Maintenance Ltd works on a range of projects. From small repairs to full reinstatement projects we repair damage caused by fire, flood and subsidence. This covers domestic properties through to large commercial buildings and our services are complimented with the benefit of a specialist bespoke Joinery & Shopfitting service.
