We asked Koda to design a small house that would fit on a large piece of our garden. To our surprise they were able to get in a 3 bed house with bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. We couldn’t have been happier with the design. Koda also helped get us through the planning approval process, which was lengthy, but successful. We would 100% recommended their services and would use them again if needed.
