We had Charles Grosvenor build a loft conversion for us and the process was handled very efficiently. Apart from the usual party wall agreement drama - which was nothing to do with CG - the install went without any major hitch and the minor hitches were handled without any fuss. We've recommended CG to others who had a similar good experience so I've no problems recommending them to others!

Looking for a loft conversion and several people recommended Charles Grosvenor. I met with several companies and Charles Grosvenor were the most professional and still competitive. From design, local planning, through to the build they have been amazing. Always communicating, never failed to deliver what they said they would do, when the would do it.

Charles Grosvenor converted my loft in my 3-bed semi to give me two extra bedrooms and shower room. From the first contact to the last, they were professional, approachable and efficient. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with this company- I felt like they cared as much about my project as I did.

Charles Grosvenor completed the loft conversion providing with an additional bedroom with Ensuite shower in our home in Langley, Berkshire. Charles Grosvenor have done an excellent job of converting our loft. We came to know of them through a glowing recommendation from another property in our estate. Charles Grosvenor provided a superb service from our initial meeting with their surveyor to completion of the project. The fitters’ professionalism inspired complete confidence in the quality of the build and all of the tradespeople employed by the company were polite, efficient and, without exception, we were very happy with their work.
Senior management (including the managing director) made regular visits to inspect the work in progress (and the completed job) and the office staff were always available over the phone and by email. Six months after completion, we are very happy with our light

I would highly recommend Charles Grosvenor to anyone thinking about roof conversions. They are professional builders who truly understand and care about their customers. We recently had a loft conversion with Charles Grosvenor and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Not only were they exceptionally well organised and efficient, but all tradesmen turned up on time and when expected. Russell (our project manager) was brilliant.
