Services
DREAM CONSERVATORIES ONLINE LTD was formed to introduce quality and service into the DIY sector. More and more these days we are finding that the conservatory industry is becoming price driven. And that's good news for the consumer, as nobody wants to pay more for something than they need to. But in order to save money you should not have to compromise on quality.
On the face of it, building a conservatory can look like quite a daunting project. Looking at a grand conservatory, perfectly finished and well blended into the surrounding environment, can be quite a sight to behold. It is not unusual for the first impression to be 'no way can I build that'! If you were building from scratch, with no pre-designed and factory produced components, then you'd probably be right.
You are ready to make your choice of conservatory and you want to carry out as much of the installation as possible yourself. As you probably know, the first part of the job is to build the base and walls. This is normally the most difficult and back breaking part of the operation. With the exception of practically experienced and fit DIYers this work is normally carried out by skilled and very often expensive professional craftsmen.
All our DIY conservatories are available in White, Rosewood on White, Rosewood and Light Oak. To simplify the whole process we ensure that detailed instructions and plans are supplied with the conservatory. There is also a Video to show you just how easy the whole process is. All frames that are provided for your conservatory are pre-glazed in the factory.
Its funny but when people think of DIY conservatories they invariably think of conservatory roofs because it's usually the shape and design of the roof that gives a conservatory its character. Whether you choose a Victorian, an Edwardian, a Lantern design or one of dozens of other variations its probably the roof that you will have in your minds eye when you first begin to think of your ideal design.

I have to start by saying a massive thank you to Helen at Dream Conservatories, who has been brilliantly professional throughout the whole process. I am a perfectionist and wanted to make sure we had everything correct at the design stage and Helen was so patient in redoing drawings and explaining what those changes would mean. Once I had paid for the conservatory, the delivery process was smooth and the delivery drivers were happy to help me unload (even in the cold pouring rain) as I started the build in November 2018. At this point I would like to express the importance of watching the detailed

Great at the planning stage but once they’d got my money it was error after error after error. Bolts missing, floor trim missing, wrong side panel sent, roof beams for a different roof sent, screws too short, roof panels didn’t fit, door didn’t shut and lock properly, letter box flap fell off... Poor communication throughout and not once was the word “sorry” uttered. So much of my time wasted having to call them, chase them, wait for delivery people with the correct part, etc. I emailed a complaint which they said they’d look into and two weeks later I’ve still not heard back. Shocking
