I recommend this company very highly having had 3 bathrooms and one downstairs cloakroom fitted over 2 projects. Starting with their comprehensive showroom where the staff provided a first-class service in design with positive suggestions on how to achieve the 'wow factor'. As the project moved forward, changes to design were handled in their stride and I always felt that anything was possible and no trouble. All the fitters were extremely personable, tidy and professional at all times and a delight to have in my house. The results are stunning and I cannot rate Elixir Bathrooms more highly. A

We would highly recommend Elixir bathrooms. The quality of the bathrooms and professionalism of all the team is first class.
Phil designed our family bathroom, three en-suites and cloakroom with attention and detail to our requirements. He has a flare for understanding how to make a bathroom look Grand and inviting. Everyone who visits loves that we have a Whirlpool Bath and TV, superb rainforest and aqua blade showers, and quality wall hung toilets and basins. They stock a huge range of accessories too so you can ensure the same level of quality through to the towel rails and robe hooks. Dan

Elixir bathrooms fitted a complete bathroom in my two bedroom bungalow 8 years ago. I am a single pensioner so I am not a high user. The base of the shower is developing cracks but Elixir say there is nothing they can do.The base is also yellowing and the quality of the shower is of poor quality.I paid an excessive amount when I ordered the bathroom .I was advised by my friends that I was being ripoff end but I ignored them.I now bitterly regret using Elixir.They boast about offering good service but my experience is they are not giving any service once they have your money.Mr B Vaughan Birchwood

We chose Elixir Bathrooms to supply our bathroom as their knowledge & fittings were far superior to any we had seen whilst choosing to refit our bathroom. We then had our own fitter to actually fit. Two years down the line, the shower head unfortunately developed a fault, not a problem for Elixir, who 24 hours after Id phoned to ask if i could order another, had one couriered free of charge. Now that is service.
This is a small local business who know the value of customer service & are absolutely 100% reliable, genuinely caring & remembered us.

Buyers beware, Elixir Bathroom Limited of Lincoln are selling taps that will not work on mains pressure only.
This summer I asked for their advice on the purchase of a couple of taps for our new on suite bathroom. Elixir sold us 2 Tall Tempo Basin Crosswater Taps at a total cost of £304.
When it came to fitting them the plumber told us that these taps will not work on main water pressure, and we have been in dispute with Elixir since.
They would not exchange, or could not exchange, with any taps which were suitable. But they have offered to take the taps back at £190.00, a lost of £114.00
