From first speaking to Yunus he was friendly, transparent regarding cost, he let me know when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, was tidy & professional explaining everything to me along the way which I really appreciated. Yunus was fast, communicative and helpful. My boiler died the day before we were going on holiday. He came along and checked out what parts were needed on the same day, then arranged to meet us when we got back home (literally within about 6minutes of arriving back home). Repaired the boiler (dead pump and dodgy glass window viewport), even ran out to source a connector that wasn't included with the new pump, all within about an hour. Nice. Will be calling him for the boiler servicing for sure. 👍

Yunus has been servicing our our old boiler for about 3 years and recently installed a new boiler at our request. Whilst always happy to give (extremely helpful) advice, he has never once tried to persuade us to replace our old boiler. When we did request this he answered all our queries thoroughly which helped us to decide which model was best for our needs.
We have always found Yunus to be extremely professional, polite and friendly but very respectful. He is always punctual and an extremely clean worker. He gave us a very fair estimate for the installation and there were no hidden extras on

We had TY plumbing come and install a new boiler at our property as part of refurbishment and extension. Couldn't recommend them highly enough - the boiler was replaced, tidily plumbed in and commissioned over two days. They even re-balanced the radiators and replaced an iso-static valve free of charge to rectify an on-going issue with a cold room we couldn't use. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable - will definitely use them again.
