Hallmark Kitchen Designs was set up in 2009. Originally a partnership, the founders, Ian and Matt are experienced, qualified kitchen designers with a passion for intelligent and creative kitchen design. They had both previously worked for a number of the large Bournemouth and Poole kitchen retailers and felt frustrated by the emphasis on sales targets over customer satisfaction and innovative kitchen design.
At Hallmark Kitchens we make designing & purchasing your new kitchen an enjoyable experience. We do however recognise that buying a new kitchen can seem quite daunting, especially if its your first time. You may not want to jump straight into the the process without first doing some research of your own.
We visited a number of kitchen shops before discovering Ian at Hallmark Kitchen Designs. We are so pleased that we did as the whole experience with this company has been outstanding. Ian is very personable and knowledgeable and guided us through each stage of the design with utter professionalism. The quality of the product us of the highest standard as was the work of the fitters.

Ian and his team were brilliant. We have several designers look at our kitchen and Ian seemed to be the only one that took on board what we had said but also gave some insights and inputs using his experience - thanks to him we probably avoided making some silly mistakes.
The fitting team also did a great job, they’re were a man short for what should have been a weeks job so they worked into the evenings and weekends to ensure it didn’t over run - fantastic.

Our experience with Hallmark was excellent. The products themselves are of high quality with their soft close hinges & we really love the pull-out carousels. We chose Hallmark after looking at what was on offer at the usual chains because there was more choice of colour & design. James the designer and Luke the builder were always friendly and helpful, and between them offer a great service. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

Hallmark was highly recommended to us by our builder and architect who said they wouldn't recommend anyone else, and I now share this view. Ian was our designer, and throughout the process, he has gone above and beyond to make the process enjoyable and stress free. I don't think I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service - genuinely! Ian listened to what we wanted, took on board some example images I had bookmarked, and designed exactly what we were after, off the bat. Quite honestly Hallmark kitchens have been the most fabulous kitchen company to deal with & would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The attention to detail and customer journey from design to execution was first class and the best that we have experienced in numerous renovations over the years. Matt designed a superb hidden kitchen for us that shuts away when required and looks beautiful open or closed.

If you don't want outstanding service, cost effective pricing, and a stunning kitchen, then you should give Hallmark a wide berth. Perhaps try the 'big boys' instead.
However, if a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude is what you are looking for, these are the guys to spend your money with.
Some might describe us as fussy or picky, possibly worse, but even with those dubious credentials, we couldn't fault Hallmark at all.
From the first socially distanced visit to their showroom, to the final check of the fully installed kitchen, Ian Rayney (Designer/Director) was a pleasure to work with.
However, if a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude is what you are looking for, these are the guys to spend your money with.

After finding other kitchen companies very uninspirational, Ian @ Hallmark was a breath of fresh air with his design ideas. After listening to our list of 'wants', he produced a first draft which we barely deviated from, only altering a few elements due to challenges with our build which he was incredibly flexible around, coming up with new ideas to help us overcome them. His attention to detail and desire to achieve the perfect kitchen for us, along with the quality products and fitters used, has resulted in an amazing kitchen that we love and will do for years to come. Really super personable

Fantastic experience with Hallmark. Everything went with hardly a glitch. Matt understood exactly what we wanted but suggested his own ideas. Pricing was competitive with other quotes but we feel we ended up with much more of a personal service and a better kitchen with high end appliances. Good communication between Matt and the fitters and Graham who did fit the kitchen was great with a high attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.
