I can't thank Peter enough for al his help this morning when I was choosing doors. He took a lot of time out to help me finally decide on the doors I required, especially as 2 of the doors are particularly "tricky" sizes. He explained everything clearly, gave me alternative options, and even spoke to my builder (via phone) to ensure that the selected doors were suitable for him to fit.
His customer service skills are second to none........excellent. He was informative, patient, friendly, and no pressure selling. He really did go Extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my choices.

Ordered the doors in June due to pandemic doors were fitted in September we ordered 6 doors
1 of the doors has black marks under the varnish which we only noticed after the door had been fitted the joiner contacted the doorstore wirral who said there is nothing they can do about it as it had passed the quality control from the manufacturer
I would off expected the doorstore to contact LPD doors and resolve the issue after all they trade on reputation and customer satisfaction
cant fault Dave and Paul the joiners excellent job from them

We visited the store 3 times throughout our buying process. Each time the total price for the doors was different. By the time we visited the store to collect our oak doors, the price was £30 more overall than the original visit. But we decided to pay because we needed/really wanted the doors. Ask for an official quote on your first visit.
There were a few minor issues with the glazing - the plastic had already been removed from the glazing before they arrived with us and there were a few tiny scratches and lots of plastic trapped in the little nooks and crannies.
