This company makes okay couches, but they have some of the worst customer service I've encountered in my long career of 'buying anything ever'.
Here are the slapstick details...
1) I purchased a custom couch from them from their NYC location. It took 2 months longer than told, but they threw in some throw pillows for the delay. (I was thankful.) However, once received, it turns out a strap that was supposed to be under the pullout bed was missing (which I figured out when my 3 year old hurt his leg falling through it). So I sent them an email asking if they could send me one to

I bought the Buttons bed from sofa.com about 6 months ago. It was great value and the delivery service was fantastic - the guys who delivered the bed and put it together on site, couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I looked around for ages to find a bed I liked and sofa.com was way cheaper than all the other high street shops, and the beds were much nicer. Highly recommended.
In fact I liked the bed so much I've just ordered another one! Not the same one, but similar. I can't remember the name. That's due to arrive in 2 weeks time.

Sofa.com do wonderful sofas. We bought two (yes two) of the bluebell sofa in heat and dust and they are wonderfully made and have a timeless elegance that fits with our victorian house.
In fact, we never used one and it's not for sale (clikc here if you want to buy it)
Having looked at all the competition they are the best combination of value and solid workmanship: not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
