Have been without a washing machine for 1 and a half months now, The repair was booked directly through BEKO. Unfortunately rather than contacting me direct to say that they couldn't repair the machine because they don't operate in my area at the moment they just cancelled the booking. And then after calling them twice basically tried blaming everyone but themselves. I am glad they don't operate in my area as I wouldn't use them especially if that's the kind of service they offer!

A prompt and efficient service to repair our dishwasher.
The problem was resolved within three days thanks to an early appointment becoming available due to a cancellation.
The technician was a polite and efficient young man who soon had the fault identified and repaired. He observed all the C-19 protective measures. He also made a good job of clearing up when he had finished.
Charging rates are clear and reasonable, so the invoice total came out at about what I was expecting. No nasty shocks there.
Official spares are used, so there is a a guarantee on parts.

Fixed our Smeg Dishwasher. £60 labour cost only for which I think was very reasonable and the engineer came when he said he would and left everything working and looking like it did at the start. Very happy.

Discussed my requirements by phone then went in on Thursday to pick machine. Very pleasant staff , didn’t have to pay until it was installed which was today just now 😊 one happy person. Price included installation and removal of old machine.
