I've bought various things from Walford Timber over the years. They've always been extremely helpful and polite in all my dealings with them, either when picking up direct from the saw mill, or when I've had things delivered. Their customer service at the counter and from the back office has always been excellent and their delivery drivers have always been really polite and considerate. I think we're lucky to have this company on our doorstep and I look forward to continuing to support them in the future.

I can only speak highly of this company. I visited their premises & enquired about trellis, Aaron took me outside (maintaining social distancing) & showed me their various designs, on returning back to the counter (screens in place) he checked the stock levels & I placed my order to be delivered, I paid using card & made use of the hand sanitiser available. Walford rang a week later saying they'd deliver on the Thursday. On Wednesday I realised that I required some post caps, I telephoned Walford & the gentleman who answered was very efficient taking my order & payment adding to my delivery the
