At Bonsers, we've been proudly preserving the UK's most historic listed buildings for more than 50 years. We're a third-generation family business made up of skilled craftspeople and dedicated conservationists, all with a real passion for restoring and protecting our great British heritage. For us, every project is a privilege, and we bring to it an in-depth understanding of the complexities involved.
We've earned an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, professional advice and specialist services including stone carving, roofing and joinery, masonry and brick replacement, brick and terracotta repairs, masonry cleaning, and lime mortar pointing, rendering and plastering. Bonsers Restoration also specialise in the production of historic building surveys.
Our surveyors conduct in-depth inspections of historic buildings so that the condition of the existing fabric can be fully understood. A critical analysis of significant defects will be undertaken and presented in the survey report along with any recommendations for remedial works.

A driver of this company happily puts lives at risk when they were driving today whilst using their mobile phone earlier (Wednesday 12th July 2017) at approx 16:25 driving on the A611 towards Mansfield and then onto the A6191 towards Rainworth. Why anyone feels they need to use their phone whilst driving is beyond me... and to do it in a vehicle marked with the company details is even more stupid.
