Dream by name , dream job from start to finish. Had my 3 door bifold doors with integral blinds fitted 2 days ago and I love them so much keep inviting friends and family round to show them off. Karen in the office was patient and really helpful. The job kept to time, came in kit form ,was built on site transforming my conservatory. Luke and Jake the installers were great they were timely, tidy and helpfully talked me through the operation of the doors and blinds.
Came down yesterday to a "hazy sunshine" filled room despite the wet grey miserable weather outside. Now considering changing my use

Marc and Karen in office were always a pleasure to deal with even though we made a few changes in our requirements.
Installation carried out by Luke and Jake was superb. Minimal inconvenience caused and cleaned up after completion.

My experience has been very poor. Following an order of multiple products, we endured numerous fitting date no shows / delays and product failure. We have been extremely patient, but the after sales service has appalling. We are now left with ill fitting, miss matched doors, which look odd and have huge gaps. The company directors are aware of the issues, they have seen them in person, and they have made, and broken, countless promises to resolve.
Update - 30/11/2020 Its now 140 days since we reported the gaps in our bifold doors. Our house has been freezing in the recent cold weather. The gaps
