The History of ClinicOffice Report

In 2001 we released our first product aimed at healthcare professionals: ChiroOffice - Clinic management software for UK Chiropractors. We soon had requests coming in from Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Podiatrists and numerous other professions all asking if we could provide some sort of Clinic Management software for their profession too!

Hardware Requirements Report

ClinicOffice is a Microsoft Windows program and runs on Windows 8.1 and 10 and all versions of Windows Server from 2008 onwards i.e. 2008, 2012, 2016. It has full support for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. For most clinics Windows 10 will be perfectly adequate. ClinicOffice does not require a 'SERVER' edition of Windows, however if you do require Windows Server for other applications, it will run happily on Windows Server 208-2016.

Information for Apple Users Report

We have hundreds of customers who have been happily running ClinicOffice on their MACs for many years. Bear in mind though that ClinicOffice is a Microsoft Windows application, so it won't run directly on the Apple Operating System (OS X). By far the simplest way to run ClinicOffice on your MAC is to choose the ClinicOffice Hosted Edition.

I am an HCPC Registered Psychologist working as a sole practitioner in independent practice and I (and my Secretary) have been using ClinicOffice for over ten years. I have found it very impressive particularly in terms of the ease of being able, at a click, to access personal data in relation to a particular patient including their GP, who referred them, health insurance details, the number and dates of appointments (including cancellations) invoices and payments and scanned documents/notes. The diary function is particularly useful for generating invoices and can also be used to send out reminders

I have used Clinic Office since setting up my first clinic 15 years ago. It now runs over three sites and has enabled us to run a completely paperless clinic environment. As well as patient notes and appointements, all our finances are run through the system. The support team at Pioneer Software are always easily reached and offer effective remote support.

The system is easy to use and flexible, and it covers all our patient record and diary management needs. As a management consultant I work across many small / mediums sized clinics and I have used Clinic Office in several of these as it is ideally suited to these types of business. It has a high degree of configurability and has many integrated features which are also easily configurable, such as e-sign docs: automated text & email services: integrated Zoom capabilities; etc.
It also offers a good degree of business integration rather than solely just being a Patient Admin System for Electronic Health Records. Within the system you can generate all financial transactions associated with treatments
