Contacted Bunce Plumbing and Heating when my boiler broke down. Very old boiler that needed to be replaced years ago. Same day visit. Replaced my boiler, flushed the system, etc. Took all the rubbish away and left everything tidy. Spent time showing me how to work everything and set my thermostat for me. Super efficient and highly professional team who all wore masks and followed Covid guidance. Polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Big shout to Glen and the team at Bunce Plumbing & Heating. Woke up to a dead boiler, and less than an hour later it was up and running again. Wrote to them on Messenger, which they've replied immediately and luckily they were on my area. Glen showed up within 15 min and worked his magic, explaining what's happened, sharing tips to avoid same situation in the future and leaving it prepared for a simpler fix if it does. Will definitely be using their services again. Thanks a lot!

Same day response to fix my boiler which had stopped working. Diagnosed fault quickly, replaced a fuel metering solenoid and removed and repositioned broken baffles. Parts ordered while on job and will be back to fit the new ones. Boiler starts and runs better than it has for a long time. I recommend this company.

Glen serviced our boiler earlier in the year and we were very impressed with him / his company. Hence when we had a problem earlier this week with no hot water we had no hesitation in calling him. He sourced a new PCB and fitted it the following day, excellent service. A well run family business who really care about their customers and the service they deliver.
