We went there today to buy lights we would have spent £1500 there we went to take a photo of lights and the man working there. Said no phots so we left with out anything so we went to astral lighting in cardiff just off penarth road wow what a professional setup better quality cheaper better range of lights we spend £1850.00 there for Quality lights let us take as many photos as we wanted when we told them about the other shop in front of lots of customers they couldn’t believe it. So glad I Dident purchase from here.

We ordered a spot light fitting and told delivery would be "next week". Several weeks and many phone calls later It still had not arrived so they agreed a refund. We went to collect this at just after 9:30am this morning The shop should be open by 9:30am but it wasn't. After about 5 minutes somebody arrived and took another few minutes to open up. No word of apology was offered after we eventually gained access. Also no apology was offered for the non delivery of the goods. In fact we were told that customers are very impatient (he meant us!) and we should try ordering a sofa!

My Wife and I visited this store and found real quality lighting for all occasions , ie - indoor as well as outdoor lighting.. The staff member was very polite and helpful in letting us select what we wanted. No sales pressure just a warm friendly welcome with all the time in the world. Strongly recommend a visit..
