Outstanding service from Nordic. We had a problem with an ancient balcony door jamming so badly it had to be shoulder-charged to open and close it. Two locksmiths said it couldn’t be repaired and would have to be replaced. We were recommended to Nordic, who responded to our email within minutes. They sent a fitter round to investigate and to quote for a new door. He fixed it in a jiffy – and mended another patio door while he was there! No fuss; no charge. And no hesitation in recommending them, especially when the time comes to replace the doors. Which won’t be long…

Turned up an hour late for appointment (Salesman forgot to checked his diary) after I called the company to check his whereabouts. When quote arrived drawings did not match the doors discussed. Called several times asking to speak to the salesman (Graham) but he failed to ever return calls. No response to emails. If this is an example of their professionalism pre-contract - I've taken my business elsewhere.
