We bought two fabrics of 11 meters and we we got home and assemble it, surprisingly both were 10 meters. Too much of a coincidence. Clearly a fraud.

I bought some curtains from here they were suppose to be Black out and I paid a lot of money for them , but when they arrived they were thinner than paper , and not black out at all, in fact paper would block out more light . I contacted for a refund and the staff was so rude and vulgar language long story short they don't want to give me a refund for the rubbish they sold me. and they are not communicating with me any more. Thats over £100 they are trying to keep of mine.

Ordered my curtains a couple if days ago and they arrived today. They didn't disappoint me at all I'm really pleased with them. The material and colour are perfect. Thank you Tony's Textiles eill definately be buying from you again.

100% happy to recommend Tony’s Textiles. I ordered curtains which were lovely but there was a manufacturing fault on them. I emailed customer services and received a response within a few hours and a replacement pair of curtains within 48 hours of their email. Brilliant! Would definitely order again. Thank you.

WATCH OUT!! Worst experience ever!! bought about 10 different pieces of fabric from them and in all of them they gave me 10-15cm less than what I paid for, or with writing in the edges that doesn't go. Can't believe you have to check everything you buy from them before they even cut it! had a completely different experience with another shop in Kingston area where I shopped online. Unfortunately in most of the shops in Shepherd's Bush area you need to control what they cut so you get what you pay for and in the conditions expected. Below is just one example picture..

Amazing customer service. My delivery went astray (in the lockdown, pre Christmas online rush, these things can happen), no fault of Tony’s Textiles, but they organised a replacement delivery within a day, friendly and helpful when resolving a problem not of their making. Great quality at a very reasonable price too.

This is one of my favourite fabric shops in the whole world. Been shopping with them for the last 6 years. Helped me get through Uni and will even make the trip from 2hrs train away. Best customer service, best selection, best shop. You can always find what you need at Toni's because the range of fabrics is just huge! I found things today that I didn't even know existed! Love, love, love this shop and these guys. 100000% recommend, even if you're not close by, they are worth the trip 😁💕

Very helpful team to choose colour shades of lengths of materials to decorate a post wedding party tent - purple, orange and greeny blue. Really nice contrasts

The lady over there is one of the most horrible person I have ever seen. She didn’t knew that I could understand her language so I overheard her saying to her staff that charge students more because they buy less. BE CAREFULL from that lady. I wont be going there again and recommend not to get serve by her. Totally rip off.

Excellent choice of fabrics; knowledgeable shop owners who were also very friendly, good-natured and obliging. I discussed what it was I was after, and the person helping me went off to search the store rooms for me and found it. It's an Aladdin's cave of colours and textures and the service is excellent. I will definitely be going back there.
