Our dedicated team of friendly professionals have been helping customers throughout the Midlands area move house and office for many years. May we introduce our staff to you who are all fully trained, courteous and professional and fully employed by Care Move Ltd. We do not use agency staff. Tony has 26 years experience which includes containerised storage, export packing and artic loading. His domestic experience consists of dismantling and re-assembling furniture, loading his vehicle to its full capacity successfully and has the ability to work under pressure.
Moving home is considered one of the most stressful things you can do during your life, after all it is a life changing event. We can help provide as much or as little a service as you require, including a full or part packing service a couple of days before your move. If you want a stress free move then this is the company to deal with.
I decided to use them to pack as well as move me and it was definitely the right choice. From the get go it was a seamless journey - from the initial visit from Bernadette to view and quote right through to the move itself, I just don’t think it could have been better or smoother.
A great team of people, Paul, Phil and Matt - the A team! I can’t thank them enough. Professional, polite and just couldn’t do enough for me. And every one of my items treated like it was their own.

Definitely recommend!! Bernadette viewed property and gave us a very good price. They accommodated us very last minute, we exchanged lunchtime Wednesday and moved and completed the next day. The guys, Rob, Josh, Dan and Jed were all great on the day. They are very friendly and very professional. Don't bother shopping around as it will be hard to beat this company. Moved from Shirley to Warwick - excellent service from Care Move. The three man team of Phil, Paul & Jed had cleared my 3 bed semi in less than an hour and at the other end everything was in within an hour and a half and this was into a 2nd floor flat. Very efficient all round - would definitely recommend Care Move.

Bernadette came to visit, to see what exactly we wanted moving and quoted us a fair price. On the Saturday morning the Care Move team, Phil and Jay, arrived early and just before the quoted time. They did a walk around the house to see what needed taking. They were removing all the big household items: sofas, double fridge freezer, washing machine, beds etc. They had it all in the lorry within 35 minutes. They worked swiftly and with care. I recently used Care Move to move house and the service I received was excellent. (3 bed house) The owner Bernadette came round to do the quotation and got straight to the point. Explained cost clearly and provided a competitive quotation. Boxes and packing materials were supplied prior to the move and additional boxes dropped off when we needed more. On the day of the move the removal team arrived on time and worked very hard to have us packed and ready to leave by late morning. Bernadette gave an excellent 10 minutes of her precious time for our quote which I was very impressed by as you can tell that she has run her business efficiently and professionally for many years. Sam, Paul, Kelvin & Rob were incredible on the day of the move. We were ill prepared as we were exhausted after emptying our garage of goods up to 10 days previously. They came in sorted us out, cheered us up and were amazing. They worked so hard all day that I was worried they were going to over run their time but I would highly recommend this company to transport you wherever you want to
