First rate company! From the surveyor who called to the staff who answered my emails. Great advice from the surveyor, ie fit loft legs so the loft insulation isn't crushed if you want to store items in your loft space. If you don't fit loft legs over the 270 millimetres of loft insulation you'll crush it and reduce the effectiveness of the insulation by 50 % . Would recommend.

I approached Heat Insulation for a quote for loft insulation under the new Greener Homes initiative. They booked me in for a COVID secure survey, were prompt, courteous and explained that actually the East Riding Scheme might be cheaper for me. It turns out it was. Both quotes provided and date agreed for the install. Letter of confirmation and quote received in advance. I received a call the afternoon before as promised (even though it was a Sunday) to let me know their expected arrival time and to double check my home remained COVID free.

Had a “room in the roof” insulation completed - am so pleased with the result and difference this has made. Heat Insulation staff and installers all very friendly, punctual and completed as stated. Kept me informed of everything and left property clean and tidy. Thanks again - very pleased with how much of a difference having this done has made!! Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for the work done on our house today, cavity wall insulation in our extension. Look forward to the difference it is going to make! Very professional staff, great team from the survey first done and then to the installers. All tidied away so you couldn't even tell they'd been. Would highly recommend. They also advised on using the ERYC scheme so this work only cost us £99.

The experience I received from the initial enquiry to the job actually been done today is one of total satisfaction. After the survey had been done then an appointment date and time agreed with the pleasant office staff it went like clockwork. The staff were very punctual and polite, once they had a walk around the outside to assess where to start, it was straight on with the job and within a couple of hours they had completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was good to deal with a local company who actually want to ensure they do the job right.
