They need to update their website more regular. Thank god after I got a quote online instead of ordering which without delivery was £650.90 I went into the shop to see about VAT and delivery charge. I was looking to get all the material to do decking in my garden and online they had the sizes I wanted but when I went in the girl behind the counter said they hadn't had them sizes in for a while an didnt no when/if they were going to get anymore.

Told me they had the slabs I wanted but turned out they were different and cost more without them even notifying me. When I asked about delivery they told me it was free and then charged me an extra £8 something. When slabs arrived the next day the lads delivering them were very helpful and unloaded them for me.

A first class builders merchants. This place has helped me with a number of large projects always have got all the products in stock before I've started with a project. Delivery is always on time and on the day stated. This builders merchants stocks thousands of products and they have a magazine with all prices with VAT included so you'll now that the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras. But they don't like you taking pictures of the products says the grumpy Indian young man.
