Mike and Kyle are true professionals - they respond quickly to queries, advise, get on with the job with minimal fuss and leave everything tidy. We couldn't have begun to assemble our super king bed frame or the oh-so-fiddly 6 drawer chest but Mike did it all very efficiently. Kyle came back to replace two faulty rails in the bed frame and was just as helpful and efficient. Thank you both of you - we'll be back. Trying to do flat pack furniture ourselves is now a thing of the past!

He tidied up after himself and is polite to speak to. I would definitely recommend using Dr Flatpack.

Mike made contact following a Facebook recommendation request for supplying and installing a TV bracket.
An appointment was made to attend within a few days. Mike arrived on time with impressive kit and an… obvious knowledge of his work. Mike explained his actions throughout and was incredibly tidy.

I've always assembled my own flatpacks in the past, but listened to my wife for once, and accepted it would take me too long to assemble the furniture prior to moving to our new house. So, I contacted several people for quotes, and I was impressed with the prompt and detailed response I had from Mike, and decided to go with Dr Flatpack.

A big thank you for today! Even though the instructions not only baffled me but yourself you managed to still complete the assembly. Customer service is spot on was booked in between 9-10 to receive a message just after 10 apologising for being delayed. Prompt response and availability to suit around clients.
