I came across The Bifold shop online after having had several quotes and (bad) experiences from other providers. Our project is a gable ended extension with bifold doors and triangular windows above a steel RSJ.
My initial contact was with Scott who I found was very patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained options well and got back to me in a timely fashion with a quote.
I then had a survey done by Alan who was very helpful in his advice about the sill and the glass in our gable end. He reassured me the install will not be a problem and the guys will iron out any issues such

I’ve been really impressed by the level of service throughout, from first contact to post installation.
Clear pricing and straightforward information about ordering, payment and installation date.
I was contacted on the morning and they arrived as promised to install the doors. The 2 men who did the installation did a great job and left the area tidy which was nice too.
I would absolutely recommend the Bifold shop.

I received an online quote which was converted to the actual price I paid. Every time I called or emailed I had near instant responses. I opted for installation and a survey as an extra and I’m pleased I chose to do this. Aside from signing a few documents, I had nothing more to do. The installation team called me en-route with an ETA and completed a great job. First time using this firm and absolutely faultless.

Appalling service, fitted our bifold doors upside down and denied they did it took them 3 weeks to come out to look at it to find we were right, failed to fit rubber seals on one door, fitted back door didn’t have the right fittings not seen them since 6 weeks ago and have a gale blowing through that rang them about it and still not come back to us! This is unacceptable DON’T USE THEM AT ALL go somewhere else.
