I first contacted Spencer as we had an infestation of fleas and I was at my wits end and so hesitant to use chemicals with small children in the house and a very sensitive son. I thought that carpet cleaning may help eradicate the problem, Spencer was very honest and said although it’s really good, in his experience the fleas can hide when they hear the vibrations of the machine and suggested that spraying the house myself first would be a better option and then a couple of days later they could come and clean the carpets and get rid of the toxins from the spray. We stayed away for the weekend

This is the third time we’ve had Spencer out now to clean our living room carpet and we also included our two sofas in the clean. Everything came up like brand new, it really makes such a difference to the overall look. Spencer is very professional and punctual too, he always replies to my messages & does a great job. This is the first time we've used Spencer, we've used other local companies and the results have been disappointing.
The carpets cleaned have come up better than any other provider removing all the stains we've struggled to deal with over a number of years. Very professional, great value and outstanding service we are already scheduling the next rooms.

We had Spencer and his team round to clean all our carpets throughout the house after he did such a good job on a rug and our sofas previously. I was very happy with the final result of the carpets. They looked fresh and clean again and any marks had all gone. Natural carpet care are always on time, very professional and get on with the job! Thank you again.

Spencer and his son came and cleaned the carpets at our new house and did an amazing job, the carpets look brand new! Excellent value for money and very friendly service. Spencer accommodated our tight schedule and was able to come early Saturday morning so the carpets could be cleaned before we unpacked. He even helped us with moving heavy appliances when my pregnant wife was able to assist. Thanks team.
