The lowest rating I could give was one gold start. But if it was up to me it would be a nasty brown coloured start. Leaving our 92 year old customer with NO heating and NO HOT WATER. They did send a plumber out to take a look at the issue but he arrived with no tools and said “they don’t really want me to touch it”. This isn’t the service you would expect after paying £8000 for a bath and the bath wasn’t even that good

Shambolic company, agents very pushy to get the sale, push you into making a quick decision by telling you it could be weeks before they are back if you don't decide then. When you then change your mind stating you felt pressured the sales agent calls you and threatens you to try and get you to stay/retract your reason for cancelling. They are quick enough to take the money but not fast at returning it. Unless you are very certain you want this product and can actually afford it (around £8-10k) then don't even get them out to quote. Certainly will never entertain these people in our homes again

Would not recommend this company. this is causing my grandparents a lot of stress. Very pushy, demanding and extremely over priced. Incomplete work which workers had to return 5 times and this has still not been resolved. They are obviously not the only one who has been caused unsolicited stress by this company due to all of these bad google reviews. We are still in contact with regards to rectifying these problems. Please be aware as they target the elderly and vulnerable.

My father recently passed away after ordering and paying a 50% deposit for my mum and dads new bathroom.
I contacted aquability and they were nothing short of amazing, very caring and understanding and did not even quibble about refunding the deposit. Totally professional and I have no doubt if my mum wishes to purchase a new bathroom in the future it will be with aquability

Awful company that expects a huge amount of money upfront, 90% before the job is even completed. This is wrong.The sales man lied about getting fitters and delivery on the same day and lied about the panels that would be put on the walls to cover old tiles. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone reorganising their disorganisation. He was so focused on getting the sale that he didn't care about passing the correct information on. After some research I found out that you could probably do this job for a fraction of the price, but the pushy sales people are quick to take advantage of the vulnerable

I would absolutely avoid Aquability in every way possible. I recently purchased a house off of a family member who paid almost £10,000 to have a one day shower install just over a year ago. The unit had been used a handful of times and unfortunately the family member moved into assisted living. After using the unit a few times myself, I noticed water leaking from underneath the tray and eventually through into my ceiling downstairs.
I called Aquability who reassured me that the unit was covered by a warranty and as a matter of urgency, they would send an engineer. Three days passed and no one

My late mother's 'walk in shower' proved to be an extremely expensive nightmare. The shower unit failed after approximately six months. An Aquability 'engineer' was only available if a prohibitively costly 'call out' fee was paid. The shower wasn't replaceable. It was an unknown brand and a direct replacement was unavailable. Putting in a new shower required an electrician and plumber. After two years my mother's kitchen ceiling almost collapsed from water leakage under the shower. During repairs we found that Aquability's installation 'engineers' had left over 35 pounds of rubble and building

We were thrilled with the service we received from start to finish. The installation went without a hitch, at the time specified and the fitters were positively charming. My father in law is very happy now that the bathroom is fully operational again. We have no hesitation in recommending Aquability to friends and family.

From the initial visit from the advisor to the surveyor to the fitters we couldn't of asked for a better service. My grandma had recently had a fall and broken her hip so was unable to use her bath. We knew this was going to be hard as her bathroom was very small. This wasn't a problem and we were quickly reassured that this could be done and the bath was replaced with the shower in a day with little disruption. The fitters were all polite and very tidy. My Grandma is so happy with her new low access shower and shows it off to everyone who visits!
