Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Brickwork lifted after only 3 months, mortar between joints was just like dust. Contacted as well within warranty, they came out and agreed to fix it. Failed to show up on date as promised when chased up would not specify another date, last contact around 2.5 months ago.
