A QS by profession he has been involved in delivering high quality projects for over thirty years across a range of sectors. He protects the company's reputation for quality, on time delivery and fair play and particularly enjoys the challenge of hitting tight deadlines and seeing a job well done. Away from work Ian enjoys dancing both Latin & ballroom, motor sports & fine whiskey, regularly attending tastings & events.
2001 saw the birth of Realm Projects as Graeme Blakey and David Renshaw started trading from a small unit in Mansfield, of just 2,200ft. In May of that year, we completed our very first full fit out - an optician in Solihull. An encouraging start to the business enabled us to move to a larger 7,000ft manufacturing facility, which, within months, we extended by a further 4,000ft.
Our interior contracting service successfully competes across a number of sectors from restaurants and cafes to multi-site retail roll outs. We provide a full turnkey service and design and build. We are one of the UK's leading museum and interpretive display contractors and rapidly developing an excellent reputation in the prestige commercial office fit out sector for successfully delivering and installing high value bespoke joinery.
