In the process of purchasing a property a survey carried out of the drains revealed root intrusion in the pipe joints. The quote following this first survey from another drainage company to rectify the problem seemed over priced, so contacted Johnsons Drainage Services for a second opinion.

Fantastic service provided by this company, had a blocked drain which another company come out and charged me £175 and didn’t even solve the problem and said to sort the problem it would cost anywhere between £450-£800. Johnson drainage came out and within 20 minutes cleared the drains and charged a lot less than the original call out from the other company. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough.

Had the team out this morning to unblock a drain/waste pipe on my property, a fairly straightforward job which had been completely messed up by another company! Arrived at the time they said they would and got straight into the job, showed me the blockage on camera which they found within 5 minutes of arriving , discussed exactly what they were going to do and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently (for a very reasonable price too!!) 100% wish I'd just called them in the first place, couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly and reliable team. Called these Lads to do a drain survey as i was advised to get a drain survey done from a pest control firm as we've had a Rodent problem. Needed survey to rule out Rodents getting through sewer pipes. These Lads came out rapid, did survey, no scaremongering to fleece more money out of us, said the drains looked fine but i could have a none return valve fitted as an extra protection, i wasn't forced into it, it was my choice just for peice of mind. Got a call from the Gaffer later on same day and he drew me a diagram to show were there was an old drain on my sewer. He sent me an invoice by email

I can’t recommend this company enough. Richard & his team have gone above & beyond to provide a 1st Class service. After dealing with nothing more than ‘cowboys’ on my extension, I had to find another company to rectify the mistake’s they had made. I found Johnson’s drainage services & I’m so happy I did. Richard came to investigate what was causing the problems. He soon found out & showed me the problems on his camera equipment. He supplied me with the photos I needed to go back to my ‘cowboy’ builder, confident enough to insist he payed for the repairs. I had to get 3 quotes
