This guy is AMAZING! Thank-you SO much for getting me back into my house. I picked up the wrong set of keys before nipping round to the corner shop and locked myself out! Tried everything before actually having to change the entire Yale lock. Very professional and really knew what he was doings. Had to install a new lock and gave me 3 new keys. And only took 30mins to get to me. Great service .

DISGUSTING SERVICE BEWARE...
Had to gain entry to a flat above ours as there was a serious leak flooding ours & owner was away, called Lock man ""Ian" he came about in about 2 hours later thought great!, got some tools from van and proceeded to gain access he could not get handle off the door He then said it won't come off will have to come back next morning and spend more time, I said just break it i give permission He said" not doing that you have to get some one else" !!!! I pleaded with him saying we have a serious leak, He just ignored me saying again get some one else & just took off...

Super service from Lee, the Proprietor. I called about a failed back door that wouldn't unlock and he was here (on a Sunday morning) within an hour. Diagnosed a failed multi-point latching gearbox and had it open very quickly but would have to fetch a part from Birmingham on Monday morning as he'd used his "spare" a few days beforehand. So he effected a temporary but very secure repair for us to use the rest of the day and overnight. Came back on Monday afternoon to complete the repair. Fantastic job, thanks!
