Between deciding I needed to find a locksmith to fix my front door locks and getting it fixed, it took less than an hour as I contacted Andy and he made room for me in his busy schedule. The whole process was blindingly fast, he was very friendly, explained every step in his methods (how the lock broke, how they work, etc.), and charged a very humble price. I would recommend Andy in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Andy has helped us three times now, with our business and homes. He is a friendly guy who gets the job done efficiently and great advice and knowledge of security products.
He's been quick to pick up the phone or get back to us when others havent evne returned calls.
The price has always been good too and you really feel like you got good value for what he's done.
One more thing! He even fixed our door for free, which was a very quick job on his way home once, after we'd used him for our business a month before.

I needed a locksmith about 6 months ago (I've been meaning to leave a review ever since!) as I had bust a mechanism inside one of my doors, and with the way it had broken I thought there's no way anyone could possibly open it cleanly. As it wasn't just an actual lock that needed changing, in my ignorance I thought the worst, that a possible new door may be needed (I thought there's surely no way this can be repaired). However Andrew came out and did his thing and repaired it great. He also reset my door on its hinges whilst he was at it as it wasn't hanging right, gave me some extra advice and

Andrew was very professional and really efficient and thorough after coming out at 11.15pm. He got the house safe and secure for us in under an hour and followed up the weekend after to resolve the problem. He explained what he was doing and did the necessary work at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again. Great service!
