To find out some more about the owner Peter Dunn and his qualifications and history, a full bio can be found here. Information relating to Peter Dunns work and a small biography to date including his education and some of his projects. Peter started his career working for local contractors from the age of thirteen during school holidays where he developed his passion for horticulture.
Each project is tailored to suit individual needs, providing practical schemes with maintenance and long -term cost in mind. Our in- house designer is both qualified, with a degree from Writtle College in landscape and garden design, and experienced after working in some of the largest practices in the country.
All work is undertaken by a highly skilled and efficient team of tradesmen who take great pride in their work. We undertake all aspects of landscape construction including earthworks, drainage, detailed brickwork, natural stone paving, specialist joinery works, lighting design and installation and all aspects of planting from lawns to mature trees.
We can provide a full design and build package encompassing initial site survey, design of the proposed facilities through to the complete construction. The advantage of design is that you can ensure the optimum position of an arena and include landscape proposals to create bespoke facilities that are aesthetically pleasing to the property, the rider and surrounding landscape.

We were delighted with the design service from Arthur at Peter Dunn. We have a new build with a completely blank slate for the garden, which we had very little idea what to do with. Arthur's ideas were nothing short of brilliant, he took into account all the elements of our brief (e.g. shelter, cars out of sight from the house etc) and came up with an imaginative yet practical garden design. Lots of helpful advice too on the site visits.

Just had Peter and the team from Dunn Landscapes in to refresh our front driveway and we were not disappointed with the result!
The introduction of granite kerbing complemented with a granite square set border around the drive along with two ground level planters either side of the front door and finished off with a black asphalt driveway was the end product we had hoped for.
Great attention to detail and can transform your ideas into an end result and all with a very pleasant manner – we would highly recommend Peter and his team!

Peter and his colleague Arthur carried out the design and makeover of my Garden in 2016. Peter's work is first class and the completed garden exceeded all my expectations. It is now a relaxing space in which we can entertain family and friends. I can highly recommend Peter and his work. The attention to detail and the care he takes to ensure his work lives up to the original design is excellent. Hopefully as the plants and trees mature we can continue to enjoy the garden over the seasons.

We are delighted with Peter's work. He transformed our shabby, overgrown garden, which we never used, into a place we now love and spend lots of time in.
We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he came up with a perfect brief, including a new balcony - which is wonderful!
