I have experience with this company as they are in the same group as Breeze House. I ordered a hot tub from Hydropool in September 2020, to be told April 2021 delivery. April became May, June, July and so on. Mid August 2021 and guess what, no hot tub! I was told that the ht tube had still not been manufactured, nearly one year after I ordered it. The weekly updates were poor and I only got responses if I chased. The customer experience was very poor and I felt Hydropool didn't really care and were just happy to refund me, I was spending £14,000.00 on a hot tub!! I managed to purchase a hot tub
