I order vegetable bed top soil, what arrived was a glass and rock infested top soil when i phoned to ask for it to be picked up i was asked to send pictures. Sent pictures of the glass shards and rocks that made it unsuitable for my garden beds as i have hands, kids and dogs i don’t want cut to ribbons i was ignored, phoned again where the very unhelpful manager made more lame excuses and still haven’t heard anything back. The vegetable top soil i bought from a better company was rock free and glass free, will definitely never recommend or buy from this company again, not even one star worthy

I had never heard of Neil Sullivan before I ordered 2.5mtrs of concrete for a large shed base. Ordering was pretty painless but I was concerned about the fact that there was a surcharge of £1 per minute if the vehicle was there for longer than 25 minutes. I got a call from the driver half an hour before he arrived and he then arrived on time. He was tipping off a paved blockwork driveway and we had some spreader plates to hand. This is the third time I've used them to get on site mixed concrete for my DIY projects. This time I only needed 0.5 cubic meter, which doesn't worse for them to come out (fair enough). Min. order is 1 cubic meter, which was explained on the phone before my details were taken.
Concrete was perfect, not to wet not too dry. The delivery guy even cleaned up the splashed concrete from the street. :)

More expensive than the other company I regularly use but needed the sand quickly. Lady in the office originally said no deliveries available but then found a gap for the sat I needed so happy to pay the extra.
Delivery guy really friendly and put sand exactly where I wanted it. Think he owns the company.
No complaints. But also no receipts either. I didn't ask and its not a problem. Sure i can ring and get one if needed.

Thoroughly recommended. I'm a DIYer laying a domestic driveway. The Driver (Wade) was very friendly and helpful. I'd slightly underestimated the quantity, they were able to deliver the extra with no dramas. the driver even helped me spread it out and make sure the reinforcement was properly in. Would definitely use again
