We are a small family run business specialising in repairs and maintenance of traditional half timbered and historic buildings, both commercial and domestic. We also undertake purpose made joinery from small to large projects as well as sash window repairs. Stephen gave a full days talk and demonstation about repairs to sash windows and timber purchases to a selected audiance of Architects, Conservations Officers and other interested clients.
Stephen was asked to give a demonstration at the NEC Birmingham for the Society For the Protection of Ancient Buildings to the general public, trade, architects etc. about traditional repairs. During the two days Stephen and Robert were impressed by the general committement of some people to repair rather than take out and replace with plastic windows.

Robert Steele started working as an apprentice at a local Builder/Undertaker in 1968 and attended Shrewsbury Technical College and achieved his City and Guild in Carpentry & Joinery and Advanced craft. Robert continued working as a Carpenter and Joiner with local builders. In 1984 Robert and decided the time was right to become self employed.
