Order at your own risk, very rude very abrupt full of excuses as paid for parts and have not received or been refunded which I have been told twice was happening DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! not even worth one star but unfortunately had to click on this to post review. If you look into the reviews you will see he had to leave himself a review to try and make a poor performance look better pmsl.

Never ever order anything from this provider. The guy is extremely rude and will try to cut you down when you ask about where your order is. Avoid like the plague. He is more than happy to take your money, but not provide the goods. Absolutely disgusting. I am sure that Trading Standards are aware of this. Again, do not give your good earned money to this trader. Had to give a 1 star in order to get my review on.

Based on my experience, I have no complaints. They were extremely helpful, I had a go at doing it myself, but got stuck and they came and sorted it for me. Don't be put off by the negative comments, they are brilliant, and my garage door hasn't opened so freely for years! Also the service was very quick. Thanks.

Ordered a part a while back and the service over the phone was obismal. Unfortunately GDS were the only place that stocked the handle I wanted this time so was forced to order from them again at the start of December 2018 and I am still waiting for the part. No answer via email or phone. Paid £55 in total for the order and received nothing. Overall very very poor service and I certainly won’t be using GDS again.

You make such a point of insisting details are left to ensure delivery can be made and that you will send out confirmation when the item is shipped but i have tried for two days to contact you. Your telephone number is wrong on the invoice and the one on the website is never answered. No confirmation was sent and in the end delivery was made when no one was at home so we have had to make alternative arrangements with the courier. Poor Show all round
