Peter Graham is incompetent, rude, dishonest and they are only the best things about him. His sons David Graham and Peter Graham Junior are the same. Not only was their work atrocious, they attempted to blackmail me into paying £36000 extra for work they had not done and repeatedly called making death threats. When all that failed they made false allegations to the police to attempt to destroy my business. 3/11/2020 update - just one example photo of Peter Graham's plastering on a brand new wall....

Had these builders in to install 2 velux windows and put a hip roof over my flat roofed kitchen, they did an absolutely fantastic job, they were so tidy, and left no mess behind. They were very professional, careful, polite, friendly and will go out of there way to do the job exactly how you want it done.
I can highly recommend these guys!
Noticed 2 critical comments and all I can say is, the faults must be with the customers because it's definitely NOT will the builders!
Will be using these guys for all my future jobs.

I just physically inspected this property as I could not believe the report and photos I had been sent and I am shocked to see they don't even cover half of the problems. Not one room that has been plastered has been completed to an acceptable level. Not one floor has been correctly fitted. A main RSJ has been installed without support and is now held up by four Acro Props. The roof leaks in multiple places. Exposed live wiring has been left. The evidence for defective plumbing is undeniable and even Peter Graham has admitted in writing that his son stole money from the householder. Avoid this

We've used many builders over the years and it's almost impossible to get a good, reliable builder that will be there when they say they will, do the job they've quoted for, and clean up after themselves. Peter and his team have done a full house renovation for us and they've done an amazing job. The attention to detail is second to none, and they have been utterly reliable, come rain or shine. I hope to use these guys for years to come, as I'm so relieved to have finally found a builder I can trust to turn up, and do a perfect job. If we could award 10 stars we would. Extensive work done on our house, including damp proof course, plastering, new doors fitted including french doors. All work was carried out efficiently with a minimum of fuss. From the moment they arrived they took all the stress from the situation. All work done to a very high standard. Cannot thank them enough. Always had a problem finding tradesmen in this area but not any more.

Great Company, moved into a House knowing it needed work just before Christmas 2014, needed exterior finishing, new guttering, sofits, window, etc. House had dropping brickwork due a failure of lintel.Tiles missing and broken. Electrics main board was very old, it had real wired fuses from 1930's, all replaced with RCB modern board. Needed re-plastering of Landing, and one Bedroom, flooring replaced where damp had entered, causes traced and fixed. All this work was done to exceptionally high standard, and surprisingly economically because it was a very long list of jobs. Fitted everything around
