The team challenges the boundaries of design and technology to constantly innovate and achieve great looking lights whilst maximising output and reliability. At Basis we understand that no two jobs are the same. We enjoy talking through each project with our clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled, regularly making adaptations to our existing range.
We are able to vary many of our lights changing colour temperature, power output, beam angles and accessories to enhance any project. Quotations are returned very quickly and delivery lead times are fast, usually within a maximum of 2-3 weeks. We work across the UK and internationally alongside architects, designers and lighting specialists.

Services
You are allowed a seven day period from receipt of goods in which to return the goods. Please inform us prior to returning the goods. Provided that the goods are returned in goods condition in the original packaging, a credit or refund will be issued within thirty days of the return of the goods. Our handling / restocking charge is 25%.

I'm very happy with the customer service they gave me. After a window installation at our shop, a few lights from Basis Lighting Ltd weren't turning on. Instead of replacing them, they offered to give me remote assistance via FaceTime the following day and their technician was very helpful showing me how to make the lights work again. Great and quick customer service, highly recommended.
