How do you make a good review not look like a fake? Difficult and I don't often write reviews. But this company were a pleasure to deal with. Two double glazing units to be replaced - all done with everything happening when it was meant to. No chasing, kept updated with delivery - just nice, efficient people to deal with. Having moved into my house I discovered that the utility room door didn’t lock and the window didn’t close. I found Total window repairs and received a prompt reply to my email. A man arrived two days later and fixed both the door lock and window at a very reasonable price. A huge relief to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new back door supplied and fitted by TWR, we were most impressed by the service from Georgie who kept us informed of the status of our order which was understandably slightly delayed due to the covid crisis. The fitters were extremely polite and Nigel having had over 30 years in the business really knows his stuff. We would recommend this business without hesitation

Had 2 doors with connected windows, coloured grey and white, installed. Very happy. Everything looks solid, finish and colour is, spot on. Installation was neatly and efficiently done by 2 nice chaps.
Company a pleasure to deal with. Darren came round promptly to measure up, answered all questions. Timescales all seemly, with good communication and organisation from Georgie in the office. Will use again.
