We first called TTPP for help with our boiler, worried that we'd need a full replacement. Instead Kevin identified that we just needed to have it serviced and fixed up a bit, saving us hundreds of pounds and fixing the issue. We called him back for a leaky toilet which he also solved no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and easy to have in the house (cleaned up, super conscientious). Luckily we've had no more plumbing issues, but I feel so relieved knowing we have access to TTPP in case anything does come up in the future. Thank you Kevin! Highly recommend.

TTPP were chosen to carryout a complete refurbishment on our hot water system. They removed two old cylinders and converted the system to mains pressure. Since the install we have had no issues and were very impressed with the workmanship and communication throughout.
The works included the removal of four loft tanks and a Stuart Turner mains boost unit.
Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.

Kevin has undertaken a huge job, sorting out the four boilers, radiators in three floors, toilets and showers in the large house, in west London, we have recently moved into.
