Terrible experience from start to finish with this outfit, booked to have my oven cleaned a whole month in advance in preparation for Christmas 2021. Come appointment day and the cleaner doesn't show up, after eventually getting hold of them I'm told they had lost all bookings, however the oven cleaner said he was on another job?? Thought you had lost all the bookings?? This has ended up costing my own business financially due to down time whilst waiting for the pre arranged appointment with dream clean ovens. Zero in the way of any form of compensation offered for my own losses for the day, not

We had our rangemaster cleaned on 10 June having used the company 2 years previously. After the clean I noticed that the hot plate on the top of the oven which had previously had a non-stick coating and was fine, now had appearance as if it had been scrubbed or abrasive used on it. I contacted them and sent pictures showing the damage. I was told that the man doing the oven clean had noticed some white residue appear when he had starting using the chemicals to clean it and this meant we must have used harsh chemicals on it previously. Now 2 things
1) We had not and have not every used harsh chemicals

Dream Clean Ovens carried out a full clean of my mother's range cooker and it was absolutely gleaming. It looked like new. Correspondence was easy and responsive. Punctual and reliable. Price very reasonable and we were very happy with the service. Would recommend and would use again.

Oven not cleaned properly, didn't even bother to clean the roof of the oven, lots of grease left around seals and I ended up having to go over the oven again to clean it, paid extra for the hob to be done and left food under the rings claiming it couldn't be cleaned I managed to clean them out in 5 minutes, don't waste your time or money!
