The company was set up in 1997 by John Brown, who had been in the Equipment Rental and Self-Storage industry for a large part of his working life. He was a character passionate about being industrious and had many businesses over the years. In 2007 his grandson, Iain Rae, took over Hunts Ltd, which already had an excellent reputation for being a reliable and trustworthy business.
Since then, Iain has expanded the business at a steady pace. He manages the business with his close friends and reliable colleagues, Anthony Philcox and Francis Freeman. Iain is, now, able to work remotely from Cambodia as he uses the company proceeds to support the expansion of Free Education, Environmental Social Enterprise and Community Development.

Iain and his team express their gratitude for their loyal customer base which supports their philanthropic endeavours. Services
The storage unit will be charged at a net monthly rate. Hire charges will be paid for on the basis of one month in advance of each monthly hire period. We require a seven-day notice before rental termination. If you pay a month in advance and decide to terminate early, you will be refunded the month minus the final week.
There is a combination lock on the gates allowing around the clock access, every day of the year. Gates and driveways are fifteen feet wide allowing access for oversized four-wheeled, two-axle tail-lift vans & lorries. Grade 1 Units are modern, have freshly-maintained and clean interiors making them particularly suitable for household or office items.

I have used Hunts for the last four years as I moved to Thailand and stored the contents of my house with them in one of there high grade 20ft x 8 ft storage containers. Like most people storing for a long time , you worry about the contents and possible smells and degradation that can come from putting stuff like cloths sofas and general household goods into storage. Over the years I have made visits back to hunts to check on the condition of the stored goods and have been very pleased with the pristine condition of the stuff, " It 's as though I closed the door yesterday" every time I checked

We can happily recommend Hunts Ltd for any self storage needs. We were referred to them by a friend who has a long term storage unit there, so we got in touch to enquire if they could help us for a short notice, short term hire while renovating our house. We made contact and had confirmed our hire contract within a couple of hours, then started loading it up the next day. 24 hour access and convenient location meant that we could drop and collect bits without it being a massive deal or taking over a whole day.
