Kevin has been working within the Fireplace Industry for over thirty years and is qualified to work with both gas and solid fuel appliances. A full service is provided starting with an initial survey whereby it is established if a chosen product is compatible with the situation that it will be going into.

Kevin and the team were amazing.
From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic, they installed a Nu-Flame gas fire into our existing brick fireplace.
After, going to countless other fireplace shops they told us the work was not possible and would not entertain the install. However, Kevin pulled through and got me exactly what I wanted.
Cannot recommend them enough!

Disappointing, unhelpful, expensive.
Purchased a Charlton & Jenkins fire about four years ago, a total waste of money. The retailer told us if we had any issues we should not contact them, but we had to contact the manufacturers: Charlton & Jenkins Ltd. in the entire time we have had this fire, despite having it serviced a few times, we have not been able to use more than a handful of times, each time we have had to change batteries, both in the actual fire and the hand control, which we find it to be totally unacceptable. Being pensioners, we find the cost of this fire totally not commensurate

The Fireplace Room are outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I started this journey for a new fireplace not knowing at all what i wanted but, Kevin and co with thier fantastic knowledge helped me select a fireplace and a gas fire.
When it came to installation day they were polite and so clean, fantastic company.
I could not be any happier with the end results.

Utterly disappointing having clearly set out our issue with in telephone calls. Promised colour images of the existing Gas Fire unit were forwarded the individual who was supposed to respond to me, but didn't. Some 48 hrs later a female colleague replied with a totally confused message.

I cannot recommend The Fireplace Room Highly enough. Great show room with very knowledgeable staff. Everything from choosing my new fire surround to the fitting just 2 weeks later went without a hitch. Their prices were actually cheaper than any online only offers and the finished fireplace looks terrific. Thank you .
