Helen and Bobby Bajaj, with more than 30 years of experience in property, established Goodwill Living in 2002. We started the company as property developers and having successfully renovated a number of properties, we were soon being asked to carry out and oversee building projects for clients. Our regular projects include fitted kitchens, bathrooms, loft conversion, extensions and internal and external decorating.
Many people think that overseeing the project themselves will save money. This is only the case if things run smoothly on site. Inexperience can result in changes of plans midway through a project or overruns in budget and schedule, all of which can have costly consequences.
