However, many companies do not have the luxury to employ full time professionals and therefore whilst they may know what they want they have little knowledge on how to implement office alterations or relocation.

We recently had our whole house renovated by Charles Dean Developments. We had internal walls moved upstairs and down and our kitchen moved all while living in the house. In what could have been a very stressful situation I have to praise Charles Dean staff who were helpful, polite and above all tidy during this 6 month project. At all times they were happy to answer my questions and were flexible to any minor changes I needed. We approached Charles Dean Developments to design and implement planning for a rear extension to our home. Drawings were professionally produced and when submitted, we were delighted to receive planning permission.
We later decided to include an option to convert the garage into habitable space and so had no hesitation in returning to CDD. Once again the service was very professional, with valuable advice in liaising with the Local Authority.
We would thoroughly recommend CDD to anyone seeking expertise in Architectural Design, Statutory Approvals, Planning & Building Regulations and Permissions

I researched Charles Dean Developments and was impressed with their previous work. I asked them to undertake drawings for a Planning Application to:
• Convert the garage into habitable space
• Construct a rear single storey, full width, extension
• Construct a part one/two storey, front extension
Rob from CDD was very easy to work with and took time to explain the whole process. He undertook the survey, speedily prepared a design and submitted to the Local Authority. I had my doubts that Permission would be approved but Rob was fairly confident he could get permission given his proposed

We were delighted with the work carried out which involved matching brickwork following the moving of an existing bow window, and the removal of ugly concrete lintels, replacing them with new and matching brickwork- brilliant workmanship ! The builders were friendly, helpful and extremely tidy, I can't recommend them more highly. Fantastic job, thank you very much.
