From the outset, visiting the showroom and discussing our requirements & expectations (and having visited several other bathroom companies in the area) it was clear LBI were different. Lakeland Bespoke Interiors have been incredibly professional and helpful during my bathroom renovation. The Villeroy and Boch toilet and seat cover arrived totally damaged and I was told by many suppliers that it would take 6-8 weeks to get new ones. Lakeland (Shane and Mathew) managed to get these items within a week and I can't thank them enough. I therefore highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
