I ordered a shed from ShedsFirst early last year and although it was not competitively priced, the delivery time was considerably shorter. We planned on getting other things done in our garden at that time, so we paid for someone to come and do all the work together including erecting the shed, leaving a two weeks contingent gap between delivery and the person coming to do the work.
The delivery was delayed several times and the worst part was that they didn't even contact us to tell us. It was just me calling/emailing them.
Four weeks after delivery was supposed to made, we finally got it. This

I would not recommend Sheds First to anyone now I know what the process involves..... I have given a 2 Star rating purely for the prompt delivery of the purchased item.
I purchased a Shed through Sheds First at the end of November and I also paid for the installation.
The Shed was delivered promptly within a few days but it has been all downhill since and the Shed is still sitting 'Flat-packed' on my driveway.
It is now the start of January 2022 and despite numerous phone calls to the Sheds First Customer Service team I still cannot even get a definite installation date from them!

Shed was installed in the dark, absolutely shocking build quality by the driver, who admitted he wasn’t an installer. They sent a professional out to rectify it, based on photos provided and he came out with no parts to it right. Front valence in 2 halves, still waiting for that to be put right.
All in all not happy with service.
However on a positive note the people are lovely when you call up!

Ordered and paid for a shed which they don’t actually have in stock (even though it says they do have them in stock on their website). This shed is heavily discounted and used as an enticer. Then offered a substandard shed for more money! Asked for money back and they did refund me. Advice is to avoid! Not a honest company. Selling things they don’t have, really need reporting to Trading Standards.

Extremely disappointed with ShedsFirst LTD and we would not recommend to anyone. We decided to go for them based on the quick turnaround promise and relatively good reviews. We paid an additional £400 for installation. From here its all down hill. The roof of our Shed has not been fixed to the basic professional standards you would expect. See image examples. It has been a month since we made payment and more than 10 days since raising the issue with ShedsFirst LTD and we still await clarity on when we will have our Shed re-installed correctly. What makes the entire experience even more disheartening

Delivered on time and with good communication about time and window. Delivery driver very polite and helpful with where to leave the shed. The shed itself seems well made with a good finish but I haven’t erected it yet due to a delay in preparing the concrete base.

Absolutely brilliant shed, well constructed, very easy to assemble and looks great.
Customer service is excellent and very responsive.
Delivery was easy to arrange and was on time.
Very happy, If i needed another shed, Sheds First is the first supplier I’d choose. I have recommended them to friends and also our garden landscaper. Absolutely brilliant!

Terrible experience with this company. The shed I ordered wasn’t available so they offered a free ‘upgrade’. When this shed arrived it wasn’t built correctly and the sides didn’t reach the roof and therefore couldn’t be built or function. This took most of a day to build and when I contacted them they said they would send a replacement shed but it would be my responsibility to dismantle and rebuild the new shed. This is a significant amount of time and effort evidenced by the fact they wanted to charge me £399 for installation. The customer service was terrible and it was never possible

The shed I ordered came quite quickly and I was pleased with the quality. The assembly instructions were poor, which is a shame, as it would be so easy to do it well. There are many 'how to' videos on YouTube but even basic instructions specific to the design delivered would have saved a lot of time and effort.

Poor customer service .. Ordered shed back in Feb 2021 in which they took my money £1k and forgot to place order !! Finally received shed with missing parts. Received text stating that parts will be delivered to me 23rd Aug. GUESS WHAT NO PARTS. Now stated that they will be here on the 26th. Please do you research and do not go near these with a barge poll !!
