We were initially looking to get new floors and freshly painted walls throughout our flat, but when they came to view for initial quote they also caught some other things that needed work, such as misting of the double glazed window. We used Francor Ltd to build a new room (inc carpentry, electrics, plumbing and decorating) and can't recommend Emanuel, Fiona and their team more highly. They were quick and competitive to quote and kept a close eye on the work of their team throughout with regular site visits. They were always just a text away and nothing was too much of an ask. We initially used Francor for a few small pieces of work and they were so good that we have asked them back repeatedly to carry out further work. They have provided services from plumbing to structural work to painting and decorating. They have a very professional and flexible team. They are very responsive and all their work is completed to a very high standard. We have been delighted with their work and have this week asked them back again to undertake a few more pieces of work we need doing.

I had a flood on my business premises from the residential flat above. I contacted Francor and 4 other companies, they gave me the best quote and was happy to take on the repairs knowing i had to wait for payment form my insurance company. The work was amazing and all my clients ask me who I have used. I always recommend this company, as we are a beauty spa, the finish has to be picture perfect.

There was a slow leak for many years that we did not realise until the kitchen was flooded. The team at Francor took down ceiling, floorboards and stripped kitchen. They reconfigured the kitchen to add more units, installed a new boiler and upgraded our fuseboard in 1 week as they understood we had a young baby in the house.
