I wanted to install an automatic toilet sensor flush. However there are very different types to choose from. The one I wanted to install was one the latest versions. Even though it was very complex to install one, the plumber managed it in an ease. He was very skilled and had a keen interest on the various versions!

A disappointing experience from start to finish. The plumber arrived and worked in a dirty way without even a dust sheet - heavy tools and dirt thrown onto the pristine tiled floor. 2 payments were taken from my account - one on completion (which I was advised of) and one later without explanation. I finally got an invoice - but only after 2 calls and at MY request. 2 days (and £300) later, the original problem remains. On call-out 2nd visit I was told this was not a "rectification" but a new job for which I would be charged. Apparently, this was a blockage caused since the repair (the toilet

My experience with your company was a very positive one. I was able to set up an appointment quickly. The technician James showed up on time, was pleasant, polite, explained what he was going to do in detail and gave advice for future maintenance of our pipes. He also made sure any mess that he made was completely cleaned up.

Had an emergency leak and problem with my hot water heater. I called at 1030 in the morning and a technician was with me in a few hours. Damian was excellent. Professional, friendly, knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything. Great quality and a great price, considering it was an emergency callout.
